Brinehaus is dedicated to insanely tasty, fresh foods. We brine our meats up to 7 days before smoking them to perfection. This allows the flavors to seep into the meats all the way to the bone, so you never have a boring bite! From there we pickle and ferment all our own accouterments and bake our own breads fresh each day. We also make all of our sauces, mustards, etc from scratch!

Our BrineHaus meats are brined with fresh seasonings for days, and smoked for a minimum of 12 hours to ensure amazing flavor, texture, and moisture. All sliced and pulled meats are vacuum sealed in Sous Vide bags ready to be put into boiling water for 10-15 minutes. This recommended method of heating preserves the juices and flavors!
