Owner - Chef Jedediah

Although BrineHaus has only been in business since 2023, our owner (Chef Jedediah) has been creating foods for the public since 1992.  At first he focused his efforts on fine dining and large format caual dining - but quickly realized that he wanted to make foods available to everyone - that also had the same high quality and attention to detail. With the classic "Deli" business having long fallen off popularity with the increase in large markets - He decided he could bring high quality foods to a niche market that has been long neglected.

Spending years testing out ingredients, brine times, smoke temps - and testing them, refining them with friends and family - you get to enjoy the fruit of all these efforts when you buy BrineHaus products!
